Overview
Zanzibar is the easiest beach holiday to organise from Nigeria. The visa is issued on arrival, the flight is a single change through Nairobi or Addis Ababa, and the island is small enough that transfers never take more than ninety minutes.
We split the week between Stone Town and Paje so the trip has both the history and the beach. Couples travelling for a honeymoon get a room upgrade where the hotel can offer it.
