Question 1

Do you arrange travel for corporate groups?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We handle corporate travel for conferences, training and staff relocation, including bulk visa processing and consolidated invoicing. Contact the office and ask for the corporate desk.

Question 2

Where are your offices and when are you open?

Accepted Answer

Victoria Island in Lagos, Wuse II in Abuja and Nassarawa GRA in Kano. Weekdays from 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturdays until 2pm, with the WhatsApp line answered outside those hours during pilgrimage season.

Question 3

How far in advance should I book Hajj?

Accepted Answer

Book at least nine months ahead. The Saudi allocation is fixed, we collect passports in the first quarter of the season, and once the quota is filled no amount of goodwill reopens it.

Question 4

Can I pay for Hajj in instalments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A deposit secures your place, and the balance is spread over agreed instalments with the final payment due eight weeks before departure. We issue a written schedule when you book so there are no surprises.

Question 5

Is the pre-departure training compulsory?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all four sessions. They cover the rites in order, the movement plan for the group, health preparation and what to do if you are separated from the party. Pilgrims travelling from outside Lagos receive recordings and a follow-up call.

Question 6

What happens if I need medical help during Hajj?

Accepted Answer

Every group travels with a guide carrying the group's medical summary, and the Saudi authorities run clinics in Mina and Arafat. Tell us about any condition or regular medication at booking rather than at the airport, so the guide knows before you need them to.

Question 7

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Bank transfer to our corporate account, card payment at either office, and USSD transfer for deposits. We do not accept cash for amounts above the deposit, and every payment is receipted the same day.

Question 8

Is my deposit refundable?

Accepted Answer

Deposits are refundable up to the point where we commit funds to airlines, hotels or the Saudi authorities on your behalf. The exact cut-off and the tiered cancellation charges are set out in our Refund Policy, which you receive at booking.

Question 9

How long does an Umrah trip usually take?

Accepted Answer

Our shortest package is ten days, which covers five nights in Makkah and four in Madinah. Fourteen days is more comfortable, particularly if you are travelling with older parents or want to repeat Umrah.

Question 10

Do I need a mahram to travel for Umrah?

Accepted Answer

Saudi Arabia no longer requires a mahram for women travelling for Umrah. Women in our groups travel with a female coordinator and are roomed together unless they are booked with family.

Question 11

Can I perform Umrah during Ramadan?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it is our busiest departure of the year. Book early, because the central-zone hotels for the last ten nights are held a year in advance and rates rise sharply once those rooms are gone.

Question 12

Do you guarantee visa approval?

Accepted Answer

No. Any agency promising a guaranteed visa is either misinformed or dishonest. What we do is prepare a file that answers the questions the consulate will ask, and tell you honestly when an application is not yet worth submitting.

Question 13

What happens if my visa is refused?

Accepted Answer

We go through the refusal letter with you, identify the specific ground the officer relied on, and advise whether a fresh application makes sense and what would need to change first. Our service fee covers that review.

Question 14

How long does a visa application take?

Accepted Answer

It varies by country, from three working days for a UAE tourist visa to twelve weeks for South Africa. The current window for each destination is on its page under Visa Services, and we update those as embassies change them.
